WORD OF THE DAY

Let's look at the life of Joseph son of Jacob, and what we can learn from him.
Joseph in the book of Genesis was the overconfident brother of 10 older brothers. He was known to his older brothers as their father's favorite.

For this reason his 10 older brothers conspired against him and sold to slave traders, while telling their father that Joseph had been mauled by an animal.

Joseph had been given dreams of god's plan for his life; so with confidence and strength, he endured.

Joseph had to go through the pit and the prison to get to the palace.

We should develop ourselves during the down times when we sufer injustice of hardshop; complaining doesn't do any good.

We are not learning while we are complaining. In every experience there's a leeson. learn it and grow stronger.

when life knocks you down, just make sure it knocks you to your knees. Realize that self promotion can never replance divine promotion.

Each time Joseph tried to promote himslef it worked against him.

Look what happened in genesis 40: verses 9-25 Joseph asked the cief cupbearer to recommend him to Pharaoh. He did not remember Joseph.

Joseph learned the hard way that success comes from God, and we must give him credit for it.

The only advancements that matter is the kind that God gives. When your dream is realized it may different than you ever imagianed.

When Jospeh was a boy he dreamed of power for his own gain. But God had something bigger for him to save a nation.

If your dreams are self centered do not expect God to get involved in them, because what God his mind, will exceed your expectations, benefit others, and promote His kingdom--not yours. TO GOOD BE THE GLORY. BY SHIRLEY BELT-PRODUCER
